Tuula is one of the most experienced internationally certified professional coaches and mentors in Finland. As a business coach for top management and management groups, she finds the focus with clients quickly and required results will be fulfilled by client through her supporting and challenging coaching approach. She is certified at Master level (MCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and accredited, also at Master level and at Coaching Supervision, by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

She is familiar with maximizing successful integration in organization and can apply her experience into every situation in a creative way. Tuula’s working languages are Finnish, Swedish and English.

Her experience having held CEO, COO and Marketing & Sales Director positions gives her a deep understanding about commercial and leadership challenges along with excellent communication and influencing skills.
